Accurate Solutions appoint a project manager who, in conjunction with the senior appointee from the customer, is responsible for the overall implementation of those modules selected.
We are able to convert from almost any existing system into our database structures. The amount of data to be converted is decided on an individual module basis. Costs and timings are fully detailed and agreed with the customer before such work is undertaken.
The appointed project manager from Accurate Solutions will be responsible for organizing all user training. We recommend that training is carried out in half day sessions with a maximum of 4 members of staff. Training on each module is organized in conjunction with the customer, such training normally taking places at the customer's premises. We also recommend using the customer's own data in the training sessions so that staff are familiar with the information with which they are being presented.
Accurate Solutions require a support agreement to be taken out for each module implemented. The standard agreement covers telephone and remote support during normal working hours; we also offer extended 'out of hours' support should this be required. Our support staff are always prepared to visit the customer on site, in the unlikely event that the problem cannot be resolved by telephone or via remote access.
